The unique Y-arm design provides the spring loading needed for wrinkle free presentation. The bottom banner bar is also spring-attached to the steady base to deflect wind. Weighing only 4 lbs, this portable banner stand comes with a set of Oxford cloth carrying bag for the stands and base components.
